Pretty pathetic for the price

This would be a great $15 or $20 book, but it is priced at $50 and is not even close to the quality it is asking. Anyone with even basic quality/regulatory experience (medical, automotic, aviation) will learn nothing from this book. It is an extremely brief overview of what a capa system should do. No forms you can use, they use one example though-out the book and review it over and over, and really do not go in to any detail. I seriously think the author only had that one time experience and decided to write a book on it.
Here is the book in 8 words: "you should record failures and document with capa system." Now with those fine words of wisdom the book says you can set up a system yourself. Good luck.
Save your money and just go read up on the military standard MIL-STD-2155. It is free, and even if basic is better than this book. The FDA also has free guidance on food and medical industry thatcan apply elsewhere.

Cant see the diagrams

Good book but none of the figures, tables, pictures or graphs are high enough resolution to be legible in the e-book version. Waste of $10.

Don't Bother

I spent 28 years as a Navy civilian research and development engineer and 6 years as a Navy TechRep on Standard Missile. I was deeply involved with the Naval Surface Warfare Center (Port Hueneme) development of a FRACAS user's guide. To the best of my knowledge that document was never published in a form accessible to the general public. I had hoped that this book might offer a comparable level of detail to the document that I worked on. It doesn't. It might be more appropriately titled: "FRACAS for Dummies".
Don't waste your money.
