A Beginners Guide.

I always enjoy reading Cayce books because they are filled with his knowledge. This particular book was somewhat watered-down for advanced herbalists or those familiar with first aide. It is a great book for beginners and the herbs suggested are great all purpose herbs anyone should have available.

I really enjoy anything about Edgar Cayce in general. I have many herbal and home remedy books. This will be used all the time and is at the top, as far as I'm concerned.
